2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, and sign-in status.
- Learning activity: lesson progress, answers, assessment results, saved rules, and stage completion.
- Your uploads: screenshots, backtest evidence, notes, or other files you choose to submit.
- Purchase records: provider, order number, payment status, amount, currency, and refund status.
- Anonymous journey events: pages and key actions in the public learning and purchase flow, a random session identifier, broad device class, referring site host, and campaign tags when present. These event records do not include your name, email address, full IP address, or raw browser user-agent.
- Support and technical data: messages you send, device and browser details, basic logs, and security events.
We do not receive or store your full card number, bank password, UPI PIN, or PayPal password. Payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose.
3. Why we use it
- To sign you in and give the right account paid access.
- To save your progress and return you to the correct lesson.
- To process purchases, refunds, fraud checks, and payment support.
- To review submitted work when a learning activity requires it.
- To understand where the public lesson and checkout journey is confusing or failing, using limited first-party analytics.
- To keep hypxee secure, reliable, accessible, and easier to understand.
- To meet accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory duties.
We use your information only when needed to provide the service, fulfil our agreement, meet a legal duty, protect the service, or when you have given consent.
4. Who processes information
We share only what is needed with providers that help us run hypxee. Supabase handles account sessions, Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it, our hosting and storage providers operate the learning platform, and Razorpay or PayPal handles the payment method you choose. Essential security and support services may also process limited information. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information or give payment data to advertisers.
5. Cookies and local storage
hypxee may use essential cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, remember safe preferences, maintain checkout state, protect the service, save the anonymous free-lesson preview on your device, and measure a short anonymous funnel session. The first-party funnel tracker respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not need advertising cookies to deliver or measure the beta product.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and learning data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Payment and refund records may be kept longer when tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal rules require it. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity first, and some records must be retained where law requires it.

8. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service is completely risk-free. hypxee is for adults aged 18 or older and is not designed to collect information from children.
