1. Using hypxee
hypxee is a digital trading education product available through spartaira.com.
By creating an account, buying access, or using the product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Payment and Final-Sale Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. What you are buying
A purchase gives one person access to the 12-stage learning path shown on the checkout page. Stages 1–6 are available now. Stages 7–12 are included in the same purchase and will be added to the buyer’s account as they are released. Estimated release dates may change. Founding access also includes future language releases, one-to-one learner services, and product features added to this same hypxee program as they are released.
This is education, not a money-making service. hypxee does not place trades, manage funds, give live signals, or promise profits.
3. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private and use only your own account.
- Do not share, resell, copy, scrape, or redistribute lessons, audio, animations, exercises, or documents.
- Give accurate information at checkout and contact us promptly if you notice unauthorised use.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use automated tools to extract content.
We may restrict or close an account used for fraud, abuse, content theft, security attacks, or serious violations of these terms.
4. Payments and final-sale policy
The Indian public-beta launch price is ₹494; the international PayPal price is $5.99 USD. The genuine Indian reference price is ₹5,499, which may be shown as a secondary comparison. The price, currency, and included access shown at the final checkout control the purchase. Razorpay and PayPal process payments; hypxee does not store your full card or bank details.
A payment or order confirmation records the amount paid and provider reference but is not represented as a GST tax invoice. Once paid digital access is activated, purchases are final. We investigate verified duplicate, unauthorised, or provider-error charges and any remedy required by applicable law. The full process is explained in our Payment and Final-Sale Policy.
5. Beta product
During beta, we may improve lessons, fix errors, change navigation, or temporarily pause a feature. We will not intentionally remove paid access without a valid reason, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Keep copies of any personal notes or files that you cannot afford to lose.
6. Educational limits
Markets can move unexpectedly and every learner’s circumstances are different. Classroom examples, historical charts, backtests, and simulations are not predictions. You remain responsible for deciding whether to trade and for every financial decision you make. Read the full Risk Disclosure before using real money.
7. Ownership
hypxee and its original lessons, visuals, exercises, software, branding, and written materials are protected content. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use them for learning. You keep ownership of original material you upload, while giving us permission to store and process it only to operate and improve the service.
8. Service limits and liability
To the extent allowed by law, hypxee is provided “as available” without a guarantee of trading results. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker actions, market interruptions, or decisions made from educational material. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for hypxee. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the product or law changes. Material changes will be shown on the site with a new effective date. Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India.
